Job Summary: : The Total Rewards Coordinator is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills.They should also have excellent administrative and IT skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Develops and maintains working knowledge of the WMCHealth Network system and assists with employee inquiries. Performs customer service functions by answering employee phone calls, requests and questions regarding employee benefits and wellness. Schedules meetings and maintains calendars as requested by management.
