HRIS Analyst 2 - Workers Comp
St. Lukes Health System in Boise, ID is seeking an HRIS Analyst 2 to join our Workers Compensation team. Unit/Position Summary: The HRIS Analyst II Workers Compensation serves the self-insured/self-administered Workers Compensation and Long Term Disability Programs and the Employee Safety Department (Business Divisions) as an expert in the Riskmaster (RM) Event Management System and is very knowledgeable in the business processes of those programs/departments. The HRIS Analyst II Workers Compensation is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring the application in conjunction with the IT Programmer Analyst to serve the needs of the businesses and to maintain compliance with State and Federal reporting requirements.
