The Provider Compensation Analyst provides analytical and operational support for the provider compensation program. This position assists with the coordination and administration of provider compensation activities including compensation reviews, production reporting, Schedule B updates, and incentive calculations. The role works closely with compensation leadership and operational partners to ensure accurate provider data, support compensation modeling activities, and respond to provider and management inquiries.
Education
Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. (Required)
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. (Preferred)
Experience
Two (2) years of experience in healthcare finance, compensation analysis, accounting, reporting, or human resources analytics. (Required)
Experience working with large and complex datasets, including data analysis, processing, and interpretation. Demonstrated ability to manage and analyze high-volume data effectively. (Preferred)
Special Skills
Strong spreadsheet and data analysis skills, including the ability to organize, analyze, and interpret large data sets. Detail oriented. (Required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with data reporting or relational database tools (Required)
Ability to analyze provider productivity metrics and compensation data and identify discrepancies or trends (Required)
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with physicians, leadership, and operational teams. (Required)
Familiarity with CPT coding concepts and CMS Relative Value Units (RVUs) (Preferred)
