About the Role:
The HR Operations Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the human resources strategy within our Health Care Services organization. This position is responsible for overseeing the HR operations, ensuring that all HR functions align with the overall business objectives and comply with regulatory requirements. The director will lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, streamline HR processes, and implement best practices in talent management. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, the HR Operations Director will contribute to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the HR department. Ultimately, this role aims to create a supportive and productive work environment that attracts and retains top talent in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities:
Ensure employees receive excellent customer service in the administration of all HR processes and transactions which affect their pay, benefits, and experience as a valued member of the LCHC Staff.
Oversee and optimize administration of the HR processes which affect pay and benefits using technology and systems thinking to improve quality and efficiency of processes.
Ensure the HRIS/Payroll system is integrated with other LCHC systems and is integrated with the LCHC technology roadmap.
Responsible for project management and for driving execution of all HR initiatives, change management processes, and improvements to enhance HR efficiency. Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and address concerns.

The HR Operations Director will utilize strong leadership skills to guide the HR team and foster collaboration across departments. Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively conveying HR policies and procedures to employees at all levels. Analytical skills will be employed to interpret HR metrics and drive strategic decision-making. Problem-solving abilities will be crucial in addressing employee relations issues and implementing effective solutions. Additionally, proficiency in HR software and systems will streamline operations and enhance the overall efficiency of HR functions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong strategic thinking, process orientation and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated systems integration skills.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills, collaborative style, effective internal and external relations.
Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of employees and management.
Strong facilitation and project management skills; detail orientation
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Human Resources or an MBA.
Knowledge and/or experience with ADP
Knowledge and/or experience with credentialing and privileging in a healthcare setting.
Experience with system’s integration and workflow design and execution.
