DescriptionSummary: The Manager of Succession Programs (Talent Management) oversees the day-to-day operations related to the design, implementation, and execution of CHRISTUS Health?s career development programs specifically targeted to succession planning for all levels of the organization. Reporting to the Director of Career Development, this individual collaborates with Talent Acquisition and CHRISTUS Health?s leaders to first identify succession priorities and enhance the succession program and processes to help participants prepare for upward trajectory.
