HR Business Partner

This is an onsite position at Nemours Children's Health in Jacksonville, Florida. However, will be the lead support for Pensacola, Florida market. This will require frequent travel to Pensacola, Florida. The Nemours Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) provides HR consulting to assigned business units on HR matters, partners with leaders to prepare the workforce for high performance, diagnoses and solves barriers to organizational effectiveness and high performance. The HRBP takes proactive steps to promote Associate engagement. Addresses employee relations matters promptly and impartially.
