A Rheumatology group of 2 are seeking a 3rd Rheumatologist to join their team in a position that is 100% outpatient. These 2 physicians have emphasized how much they enjoy their clinic pace, low volumes, and autonomy.This is a unique opportunity with low patient volumes, a 4.5-day work week, and no call. The Position: Brand-new, 40,000 square foot infusion center with 40 infusion bays opening in early 2026 Practice alongside 2 Rheumatologists and a strong clinical team Schedule includes a 4.5-day work week, 1/2 day on Fridays Average of 10-12 patients per day No call, position is 100% outpatient/clinical No visa support Compensation: Base Salary of $275-300K with upside potential Sign-on
