SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The HR Total Rewards team is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Associate to join their team. The Data Associate will play a vital role in managing and processing various types of data to support business operations. This position requires a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity, as well as the ability to handle sensitive employee-related data in a secure and timely manner.
The responsibilities of this role include the management of service tickets related to data issues to ensure proper handling and resolution in collaboration with relevant teams. The Data Associate will also handle employee terminations and resignations, ensuring that all data is updated and records are maintained accurately. Additionally, the role involves routine data entry, updating employee information in HR systems, monitoring data quality, and generating reports for various departments when required.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of data management practices, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with others.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
High school diploma
One (1) year of related experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
Bachelor?s degree preferred
Strong expertise with Excel preferred
Experience with Infor and Service Now preferred
