Registered Nurse, Assistant Chief, Behavioral Health Service - Recruitment/Relocation Incentive
The Assistant Chief of Behavioral Health is responsible for the oversight and management of personnel in Behavioral Health Service. The incumbent ensures that staff provides care and counseling of persons or in the promotion and maintenance of health and prevention of illness and injury based upon the acceptable standard of care which includes systematic data gathering, assessment, appropriate judgment, and evaluation of human responses. Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency. In accordance with 38 U.S.C. 7403(f), no person shall serve in direct patient care positions unless they are proficient in basic written and spoken English.
