Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Office of Health, Equity Diversity and Inclusion (OHEDI) Lewis Katz School of Medicine   The Lewis Katz School of Medicine (LKSOM) is seeking an organized, efficient, and effective data-driven leader with solid knowledge and experience related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The primary role of the Associate Dean will be to direct diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts for the internal environment at the LKSOM, including students, faculty, and staff. This will include drafting a strategic plan, oversight of a Diversity Committee to advise the work, and close collaboration with other relevant offices and the LKSOM Dean.
