Human Resources Generalist
Responsibilities POSITION SUMMARY:The HR Generalist carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) data entry, new hire functions to include all functions of the onboarding process via ATS (application tracking system) and hiring into the HRIS. Facilitates new hire hospital orientation program: training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment. The generalist will also assist in the recruitment arena by developing the packages, helping with job fairs/career fairs, speaking with potential candidates regarding their application status.
