DescriptionJob SummaryThe Human Resources Generalist works closely with the Hospital leadership team to coordinate activities related to the Hospitals personnel. Under the direction of HR Leadership, provides guidance and consultation to a hospital including employee relations, policies and procedures, employment law, retention, compensation, HRIS/management reporting, new hire procedures, and benefits.
