JOB SUMMARYThe Compensation Consultant 2 is responsible for providing strategic compensation consulting and project management services for initiatives specific to competitive pay programs and pay for performance philosophies outlined by the organization.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLEWorks strategically across functional areas to identify, plan, develop and deliver compensation services and tools with high quality outcomes.Leads compensation related projects and initiatives which may include, the Compensation Committee, annual merit planning process, short- and long-term incentive programs, job architecture, etc.Assists with projects, maintains project timelines, creates presentations, communication materials, policies, etc.
