Benefits Analyst
SUMMARY: The Benefits Analyst is responsible for benefits administration activities with a focus on retirement, educational assistance, and paid time off. The incumbent functions as the HRIS subject matter expert and also maintains HRIS and electronic personnel files. This position requires the ability to analyze, audit and work independently on projects as assigned. EXPERIENCE:Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits administration. SPECIAL SKILLS:Proficiency with a variety of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, Lawson/Infor, Crystal Reporting, database systems and payroll software.
