Position Information: The Provider Recruiter is responsible for physician and advance practice provider candidate sourcing and delivery of applicants representing the best minds and biggest hearts in the business. This position is a great role for a passionate sourcing expert relying on the thrill of the search. The provider recruiter has primary accountability for full-cycle recruitment including the development and implementing of advertising strategies to attract ideal active and passive candidates, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating and extending offers and pre-hire clearance. A large portion of time is spent as a dedicated team sourcing expert. Successful performance requires technical expertise in sourcing via social media, cold calls and resume mining. The Provider Recruiter is comfortable and adept with technology and automated ATS systems and database systems. The provider recruiter must be collaborative and adept at building relationships with physician leaders, executive leadership, operational teams in finance/legal/benefits and our strategic business partners.
