Assumes responsibility for all HR front desk reception duties: Greets employees and visitors, refers to resources as necessary. Responds to incoming telephone calls within five rings and either assists caller or transfers call to appropriate individual. Responds appropriately to requests for information from applicants, employees, and community members. Assists with basic correspondence. Opens and distributes mail on a daily basis.
