A Recruitment Incentive may be authorized for highly qualified candidate. The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist functions as a licensed practitioner within a defined/approved Scope of Practice performed under the collaboration of an Anesthesiologist. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
