The Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Physician, at the VA Texas Valley Coastal Bend Health Care System (VATVCBHCS) is responsible for all clinical, administrative, educational and research aspects of the Primary Care operations at the assigned Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC).
