DescriptionSummary:Under the direction of the Leave and Health & Welfare Manager, this position provides direct support to individuals with disabilities as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Conducts disability eligibility analyses, provides referrals, and approves reasonable accommodations. Ensure proper documentation on all interactions and modification decisions.Leads the end to end process of finding workplace accommodations working with external and internal stakeholders prioritizing risk mitigation and a positive customer experience.
