DescriptionSummary:The Talent Sourcer will identify suitable candidates, both active and passive, for open requisitions within the Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Sourcer will assist with the preliminary phase of the selection process and assist in reaching out to qualified candidates to get them interested in moving forward in the recruitment process.
