1. Assesses, recommends, and maintains salary grades, create job codes within HRMS, ensures ranges balanced between competitiveness in
market and cost efficiency.
2. Conducts and interprets wage and salary surveys and recommends changes to ensure the maintenance of the facility�s compensation objectives.
3. Maintains chronological history of all range/individual reclassifications or unusual salary adjustments within HRMS.
1. Process PCNs for all changes accurately and on time.
2. Maintains the flow of employee PCNs for changes in employee status and computer input; reviews PCN�s for accuracy, consistency and
compliance with hospital policy, returning incomplete or inaccurate forms to supervisors.
3. Input changes to HRMS system with 100% accuracy.
4. Union dues reporting and maintenance.
5. Ad Hoc reporting
4. Coordinate and plan annual rideshare program survey.
5.Coordinates usage of temporary personnel as requested by management as appropriate. Works with temporary agency to assure all hospital policies and procedures are followed by temporary staff.
6.Assists in coordination of hospital functions and employee events as needed. For example, the monthly Employee Birthday Luncheon,
Nurse�s week and Employee Appreciation week.
7.Handles other duties as assigned or necessary.
Qualifications:Education:
Bachelors degree in human resources, health administration or related field preferred.
Minimum Experience
years experience in human resources with increasing levels of responsibility preferred
Preferred Skills and Abilities Demonstrated skills and knowledge in human resources information systems;
accurate ,keyboard skills; computer proficient (Word, Excel, Access, Quiken); 10 key and general filing skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize for optimum success; detail oriented; excellent customer service skills. Demonstrated analytical skills. Familiarity with HRMS system. Compensation administration; presentations.
