This position administers, coordinates, and oversees complex functions associated throughout the recruitment life cycle for all ancillary, support, and clinical positions up to and including middle management within the Hospital to ensure availability of a qualified pool of applicants for achievement of established goals and objectives.
Bachelors in HR, Communications, Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent combination of experience and education (Required)
Masters in Business or Human Resources (Preferred)
Five years experience with applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite applications, with ability to use presentation, formatting, mail merge and spreadsheet functions (Required)
Five years recruiting experience with general recruitment responsibilities, including strategy development. (Required)
