Position Information:
The HR Specialist is responsible for providing assistance to managers and employees in handling performance and behavior concerns, crisis intervention and mediation. Plays a key role in employee programs, activities, and events. Monitors employment security commission processing and management preparation. Monitors budget and expenses. May perform analytical projects related to employee relations, to include, but not limited to, market turnover and retention surveys, turnover trends and analyses, HRIS reporting and system/administrative procedures.
Experience Requirements:
1 Year Human Resources Required - And 1 Year Human Resources - Employee Relations Preferred
