DescriptionSummary:The e-Recruiter II is responsible for supporting system recruitment operations, leveraging technology to engage new passive and active candidates to drive quality leads and increased conversions for internal recruiting teams. The e-Recruiter II will utilize labor market data and knowledge of talent pools to develop sourcing plans and strategies and translate this to a fact based recommendation to Talent Acquisition leadership.
