UW Health seeks a dynamic human resources leader to serve as the Vice President Human Resources Operations (VPHR). This is an excellent opportunity for an innovative leader to drive transformation at one of the most respected, progressive healthcare institutions in the country routinely recognized for clinical excellence, financial health, and brand strength. This position is based in Madison, Wisconsin, and there is potential for remote working arrangements.
Working across a complex and matrixed academically anchored health system, the VPHR will be responsible for continuing to collaboratively advance HR into a customer-focused service with world-class processes and systems across UW Health-Wisconsin. This individual will develop strong relationships across the system and be a visible, forward-thinking leader who empowers and promotes partnership across the enterprise.

The successful candidate will be an HR leader with seven years of progressively responsible management or supervisory level experience in human resources in a complex and progressive human resources environment. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience leading HR teams and overseeing HR operations. An advanced degree in human resources, healthcare management, or business management is preferred.
