Inova's Talent Acquisition Team is seeking an experienced healthcare/hospital full-time Recruiter! This position will be recruiting for our allied health roles. This is currently a remote work position.
What You Will Do: As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Recruiter, you will develop and implement proactive/creative recruitment programs. To help achieve our mission, you will ensure maintenance of staffing levels for current and future openings. Your ability to ensure the timely hiring of competent staff by being fully responsible for the employment process of assigned departments is of vital importance. Interpreting and communicating Human Resources policies and procedures for team members and management is essential.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, or two years of relevant experience and a completed High School Diploma or GED. Healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
