The Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth) seeks an experienced leader to serve as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). This position reports directly to President and Chief Executive Officer, Michael Israel, and works closely with Senior Executive Vice President, Gary Brudnicki. The CHRO will advance initiatives that optimize the overall performance of WMCHealth's human resource function, including talent acquisition, workforce planning and engagement, and employee benefits. The CHRO will partner closely with the Chief Diversity Officer and others to champion initiatives that advance diversity, equity and inclusion goals. WMCHealth is a 1,700-bed healthcare system with approximately $3 billion in annual revenue, headquartered in Valhalla, New York, with nine hospitals on seven campuses spanning 6,200 square miles of the Hudson Valley. The CHRO will be responsible for leading human resources for the WMCHealth, and will be a key member of the executive leadership team. The new leader will be responsible for the development and implementation of HR initiatives that optimize talent acquisition and workforce development strategies, leadership development, employee engagement and strong, collaborative relationships with employee union organizations.
