The HR Business Partner in Team Member Relations is an integral member of the Human Resources team. The HRBP will create, align, and implement strategic business initiatives to align with organizational culture at Augusta Health. The HRBP will do this by partnering with leaders; providing guidance and consultation up, down and across the enterprise. The HR Business Partner will assess and anticipates HR-related needs through the analysis of data and reporting.
