Early career nurse educators/scholars are sought for the rank of Assistant Professor on the clinical track within the Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing (NHWSN), who will spend the first year of their faculty appointment as an Equity and Inclusion Teaching Fellow focused on teaching excellence. Our commitment to an inclusive culture and a diverse nursing faculty is fundamental in realizing our goals to excel in nursing education and contribute to national efforts to address faculty shortage and health care needs of the increasingly diverse U.S. population. The NHWSN Equity and Inclusion Teaching Fellowship is designed to optimize the fellows success in a primarily teaching-focused (non-tenure track) academic position.
