Responsible for leading, developing, improving, and maintaining Recruitment and Retention (RR) programs and other aspects related to the maintenance of a highly competent workforce for Patient Care and Nursing Service. Functions as an internal consultant in evaluating programs and resources for nursing service. Initiates and maintains databases, prepares, reports, and works collaboratively with others to assess and evaluated variances and project needs. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
