Description Compensation Analyst (HR Dept) JOB SUMMARY: Coordinates and executes established compensation programs with some guidance. Assists with special compensation initiatives or projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinates and executes compensation initiatives in order to meet established goals, objectives and timelines.
