POSITION OVERVIEW The selected HR Executive is professionally prepared to assume a pivotal executive role, providing the overall leadership and HR guidance that ensures the integrity and operational excellence of Cullman Regional’s human resources and performing a key role in performance enhancements of HR operations. The VPHR provides HR management, analysis, and support to achieve the organization’s operational, financial, and strategic goals and initiatives.  The VPHR will be responsible for system-wide Human Resources and Educational Services functions including talent management, development of leadership, employee relations, employment law, and workforce and management development, and charged with the development of strategic human resource goals.
