Manager of Compensation
Remote/Work From Home is an option, but may be required to work on-site on occasion.   Job Summary Responsible for managing the compensation function of the system by planning, developing and implementing new and revised compensation programs, policies, and procedures in order to be responsive to Owensboro Health Human Resources organizational strategic objectives and vision.   Job Responsibilities Collaborates with Human Resource partners and system leaders to ensure the company's various compensation plans, programs, and policies efficiently meet the needs of the system, while adding a high level of quality and financial value. Assures thorough audits and reports are consistently administered
