We are seeking a skilled Benefits Coordinator to join our human resources team. In this full-time position, you will manage the daily operations for all employee benefit plans, including the processing of payments, handling employee inquiries, generating reports and analyzing options; as well as coordinating employee concerns and questions.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
At least 3 years of benefit administration experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
