Position Summary: The Human Resources Business Partner is part of a dynamic HR team responsible for providing strategic and tactical HR support for leaders, serving as an internal HR consultant on business and human capital related issues. The HR Business Partner proactively assesses and anticipates HR-related needs and issues, and works towards the most effective resolution. Works closely with the Director of HR, the Director of Talent Management, the Total Rewards Specialist and the VP/Chief Human Resource Officer to implement HR-related solutions, processes, tools and training. The HR Business Partner will take an active role in shaping and implementing culture, employee engagement, and department goals in partnership with managers.
