Supports the organization through daily management of HR tasks, with a focus in the areas of HRIS/Compensation and Staffing/Employment. Processes new positions and maintains Position Control. Processes performance appraisals and other compensation paperwork. Ensures data integrity and accuracy and that information is processed timely.
Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred. HR Certificate preferred. 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources or similar setting. Compensation experience, HRIS experience, strong Excel skills, critical thinking skills. Detail oriented.
