The Associate Vice President (AVP) Talent Strategies is responsible for delivering top interim leadership talent to our clients. This includes developing client relations and driving candidate identification within 0-48 hours of search creation resulting in placements. The Associate Vice President will handle large search volume and must be able to prioritize and work quickly to identify candidates to move forward in each open search. In partnership with team members, the AVP is responsible for growing specialty pipelines and maintaining relationships with active candidates.
