DescriptionSummary:Carry out the daily activities related to the administration of CHRISTUS Healthâ€™s Human Resources Compensation system. Prepares excel spreadsheets to improve processes and efficiency through data analysis. Identify and prioritize technical and functional requirements to assess and determine criteria to deliver data-driven recommendations and reports. Perform a variety of complex, detailed technical duties, in support of Compensation data processing systems, such as maintaining classification and pay rate tables, calculation of cost analysis, etc. Participates in and problem-solves Compensation issues in the review of system efforts to define, enhance, test and implement changes. Will assist Compensation Team
