The Nurse Recruiter is responsible for working closely with Human Resources on the active recruitment efforts for all of nursing services as well as the retention of all nursing staff. Completion of the monthly nurse recruiter report to include reporting on RN turnover, degree and education logs, gains and losses and retention opportunities. The positions includes responsibilities for nurses week and other functions that occur on site and off campus. The registered nurse is responsible for coordinating recruitment and retention programs and other aspects of the maintenance of a highly competent workforce for Nursing Services.
