• develop and design, implementation and management of the HR service center model to enhance Associate and Physician experience throughout the employee life cycle
• manage the day to day operations of the HR Service Center team who serves as first point of contact for Associates’ needs related to payroll, benefits, time off, life events and other related inquiries
• support transformation efforts, cross functional alignment and collaboration and ongoing process improvement   
• develop and administer engaging relationships with stakeholders through trust and teamwork.
