Education

Bachelor’s degree required.

Certification

SHRM-TA or RACR preferred, but not required.

Experience and Responsibilities

• 5+ years’ experience working within a fast paced recruitment environment; hospital/health system recruitment experience preferred but not required.

• Strong understanding of the full lifecycle recruitment process; i.e. preparing, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding.

• Proven experience driving the strategy and day to day operations of the Talent Acquisition team, working to develop and implement standardized recruitment processes and workflows.

• Proven track record of building networks and relationships through industry contacts, colleagues, professional associations, etc. to identify active and passive candidates for various positions.  

• Experience managing, and driving results for, a team of internal recruiters, sourcers, and talent coordinators.

• Experience partnering with hiring managers and organizational stakeholders on hiring initiatives, working to attract top talent to vacancies within the organization.

• Experience using core recruitment metrics and KPI’s to trend data, identify waste, and improve processes.

• Experience using recruitment tools, technology and social media to source talent.

• Ability to manage relationships with temporary employment agencies in the marketplace; partners with recruiters and hiring managers to assess the need and develop strategies with recruitment partners in the marketplace.

• Strong systemic thinker with the ability to manage competing priorities and execute multiple projects from start to finish.

• Strong working knowledge of Workday or other Applicants Tracking System (ATS) databases.

• Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations.

• Strong professional presence with a commitment to exemplary customer service.
