Like yours, we need exploratory minds to help develop solutions that set the future course of the residency program structure for the OB/GYN Department. What you will do: Working collaboratively with Program Director and faculty, you will take responsibility for the overall management of the OB/GYN residency program including planning, developing, and implementing residency/fellowship program, and quality improvement activities to ensure medical students get the education they need to be successful physicians. You’ll be the primary contact for our residents regarding all inquiries related to the program, as you: Coordinate/distribute all resident schedules including events, rotations, educational seminars, and library privileges; as well as assist with their applications for accredited medical licensure and board examination certifications Oversee admissions, onboarding, orientation, hospital-wide graduation, teaching conferences, group interview sessions, internal reviews, Clinical Competency and Program Evaluation Committee meetings Attend ACGME-regulated meetings, take minutes, prepare evaluations and presentations Organize and prepare site visits, submit forms for residency verification, and ensure program continue to meet accreditation standards Assess technology needs, update residency manual, and activate/update online residency program systems and NRMP What you’ve got: Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years’ experience in residency program systems, including GME Track, FREIDA, CREOG, ADS and ERAS Demonstrated ability to develop working relationships within the department and with residents Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and analytical skills Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint New ideas keep us forward-thinking.
