The Digital Content Producer will be a part of Shared Services within GPHR our Consumer Innovation Studioand have responsibility for developing and producing creative content solutions across multiple channels (video, digital, social, static, signage). The Digital Content Producer will work collaboratively, in an agile environment, with the GPHR PODs (digital studio), as well as internal and external partners and M Health Fairview Marketing and Communications leadership. The person in this role will serve as a day-to-day go to for content assignments and apply a maker mindset and strategic systems thinking, with an ability to operate in ambiguity on multiple projects. Further, they will be responsible for partnering in the creation of the overall visual tone of the content and assist in the execution of internal/external deliverables to ensure brand visual and storytelling consistency. The role requires the need to demonstrate excellent conceptual thinking, photography, videography and editing skillsworking within and outside of an already determined creative guidelines. This person must also possess photo art direction experience and skillful knowledge of video and design matched with the desire and ability to lead a project from concept through production. As a member of GPHR, the Digital Content Producer must be comfortable working in a nimble, empowered, agile environment, collaborating with team members and stakeholders in Marketing, Communications, IT, Operations and healthcare service lines. Most importantly, this person must possess a commitment to improving the healthcare experience through an obsession with understanding consumers, and a passion for being a Health Champion, a System Challenger and a Moment Maker. Responsibilities/Job Description Work both independently and collaboratively, embracing ownership of the full project cycle, from concept development through final production Create original, specialized videos and content for a variety of GPHR initiatives. These include, but are not limited to Video, Digital, Social, Internal and External communication channels Activate against the video and content strategy for achieving organizational communications goals, in consultation with GPHR and Creative Leadership Effectively communicate and collaborate when presenting concepts, strategies and direction to creative leadership. Stay current with the latest design, graphic, industry, and technology trends and demonstrate application to projects. Consistently evaluates outside creative resources for possible use, and partners in our brand content/video direction for consistency when outside resources are used. Qualifications Required Education: BA/BS in technical and/or creative field of study or equivalent combination of education/experience Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a relevant field Portfolio demonstrating excellence in content creation, videography and strong understanding and application of Customer experience and brand development. Experience with MAC Applications: Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro CC, iMovie, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Comfortable working in a nimble, empowered, agile environment, collaborating with team members and stakeholders in Marketing, Communications, IT, Operations and healthcare service lines Strong communication skills as well as a willingness and ability to create presentations and present to Leadership, Marketing and Communications teams Able to build strong relationships and instill trust and confidence with internal and external partners A commitment to the power of breakthrough thinking and work Open to feedback and ability to take direction Drive and courage to champion bold, innovative ideas; consistently strive to improve the work, learn from results and be the voice of the consumer Preferred Education: BA in technical and/or creative field of study Experience: Consumer and digitally driven brand, Retail or Agency experience We can recommend jobs specifically for you!
