Job Overview

Assumes multi-site system responsibilities for St. Joseph's Health. Drives and fosters a culture of patient and family-centered care and service excellence, while improving patient and family experience and patient relations across the system. Works directly with the Executive team at St. Joseph's Health to assess and communicate performance and to create change at all levels of the organization. This position is also accountable for supporting and managing the organizational needs, as well as the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs that facilitate professional development and continuous learning of all team members. Knowledge of customer service practices, a proficiency in measurement and data interpretation, and an understanding of health services delivery and the clinical operating environment are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's degree highly preferred
• Five to seven years of previous work related experience in a large healthcare organization
