Details Posted: January 14, 2021 Location: New York, New York Show Map Salary: Open Discipline: Operations We Are: Employee Health is pleased to announce a new Senior Data Analyst position, reporting to the Associate Director, Employee Health. This position will play an integral role in improving our clinical operations by developing metrics, analyzing data, preparing reports, and making recommendations on Employee Health activities. This candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing a data-centric analytics and reporting framework to monitor operations, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, identify and address issues, and ensure that Employee Health is functioning at an optimal level. You will: Drive data-informed strategic planning, metrics, goal setting, testing, and process improvement. Identify data requirements, obtain data from multiple sources and relate data to create reporting structure. Maintain proprietary databases including data integrity, timeliness of data input and accuracy of data. Identify appropriate questions and corresponding data points/measurements. Research, track and report various clinical operations data markers. Analyze, verify, track and report on opportunities to improve clinical operations and reporting processes. Provide complex analysis, design, development, implementation and documentation of metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reports. Design and deliver recurring scorecards and dashboards on Employee Health performance and effectiveness. Supplement presentations with insights and recommendations for improvement. Refine measures and goals, and track progress in achieving goals, determine root cause issues, and identify potential corrective actions. Troubleshoot problems and research cause of variances. Interpret data and recommend appropriate course of action.
