Details Posted: January 6, 2021 Location: Irving, Texas Show Map Salary: Open Discipline: Operations DescriptionSummary:The Human Resources Analyst II will work closely with HR teams to understand the needs of the business and to create opportunities that maximize the value of HR analytics and reporting. Through analyzing, documenting and translating data and reports, you will actively support CHRISTUS Health Human Resources focus in data driven decision making and planning capabilities.Consult with our HR Customers to understand the problems or insights their business is trying to solve or uncover.Drive consistency and accuracy of ad-hoc and standard reporting requirements across the organization.Deliver high quality analysis, reports, and presentations, using effective visualizations and storytelling, to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization.Create and maintain documentation on Infor Birst training and instructions for the end users.Assist the business in understanding the reporting tool to allow them to better access the data independently.Demonstrate a high attention-to-detail in the analysis and reporting of data.Demonstrate strong communication and human relationship skills.Analyze data and create reports and dashboards.Identify, troubleshoot and resolve data and reporting issues.Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager of Talent Reporting.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related field required.Master's degree in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related discipline preferred.Passion for HR data and knowledge.Familiarity with data visualization tools specifically with Infor Birst.Experience in analyzing data and writing reports.Extensive knowledge in Requirement Gathering Analysis through user interviews, workshops and existing system documentation and procedures.Demonstrated experience in getting things done through networking and collaboration in a complex, matrixed environment.Work Type: Full Time Internal Number: 4928 Create a Job Alert for Similar Jobs About CHRISTUS Health CHRISTUS HEALTH is an international Catholic, faith-based, not-for-profit health system comprised of almost more than 600 services and facilities, including more than 60 hospitals and long-term care facilities, 350 clinics and outpatient centers, and dozens of other health ministries and ventures.
