Summary:

The Director for Identity Management and Access is responsible for managing the operations and performance of the Information Management Identity management Engineers and User Provisioning Analysts in accordance with access request and change management processes. This includes accountability for identity management processes, access system information, and initiatives to ensure normal service operations are restored as quickly as possible with minimum disruption to the business should provisioning services are lost.The Director is accountable for leading staff in the administration and use of the Identity management tools to create, change, terminate user accounts for IM Systems. The Director is responsible for detailed reporting, KPIs and monitoring staff productivity. This position will work closely with the IM Security team leadership to improve and maintain the overall security program and insure compliance with the IM Security policies of the organization.The Director will work with the Security team to assist in any compliance or forensic investigations. This position is responsible for providing ongoing managerial and motivational leadership, in line with the organization's values and goals, to assure the consistent delivery of high quality services by a highly qualified trained and committed professional staff.

Requirements:

• College degree, specialized training, or equivalent work experience 
• Must have experience with Identity & Access Management
• Minimum 10 years of technology management experience
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience
• Prior experience with Sailpoint IDM technology preferred
• CISSP, CRISC, CISA or other relevant certifications preferred
