Details Posted: December 30, 2020 Location: Pittston, Pennsylvania Show Map Salary: Open Type: Full Time Discipline: Operations Job SummaryThe Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible to implement our Employer Brand, Social Media and Recruitment Marketing strategy across the Geisinger System as an employer of choice in the external marketplace. This individual will ensure that we have the correct recruitment marketing channels available and measure the ROI of each channel providing recommendations and expertise in this space. Our aim is to attract the best and brightest talent to Geisinger and leveraging our employer value proposition is a key enabler for this. Working with the wider Talent Acquisition team, this position will be managing the implementation of recruitment marketing effectiveness and strategy, as well as longer term employer brand and social media projects across different business units and functions. Working with stakeholders in the marketing, HR and business teams, as well as with external vendors this individual will have the opportunity to and identify areas of collaboration for and ensure consistency of messaging to market. Additionally, this position will be responsible for reporting on ROI of employer brand, social media and recruitment media channels, and offering best practice guidance in terms of future areas to focus on to ensure we can continue our journey of talent attraction.Job DutiesPartner with Business Leaders, HR and Talent Acquisition to design, implement, and execute recruitment marketing, employer brand and social media strategies to address key talent gaps.Partner with external vendors to understand and implement candidate attraction strategies.Collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition team to ensure a consistent Brand message.Analyze the ROI of our recruitment marketing and brand initiatives, using a data-driven approach.Measures the impact of recruitment marketing channels, and make strategic recommendations to further drive candidate attractionDevelop talent pool through creative sourcing techniques including social networking, referral generation, employee promotions, email marketing, networking, direct sourcing, and advanced internet sourcing.Participate in marketing events, user groups, and industry specific interest groups to build relationships and a candidate pipeline.Establish and maintain solid working relationships with regional recruiters and regional managers by understanding existing and future needs and challenges in the marketplace and industry.Work is typically performed in an office environment. Minimum of three years of recruitment marketing and sourcing - Required.
