BSN required.Two years experience in specific clinical area. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:MSN preferredTwo years management experience preferred.LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:Current (pending) license with the Florida Department of Professional Regulation. Must have BLS (AHA) certification.See attached addendum for additional credentialsJob Summary:Director of Education and Organizational Development shall be directly responsible for planning, organizing, and directing policies and procedures for the departments in accordance with established policies of the medical center.
