Administrative Director – Mobile ICU and Ground Transport

The region’s leading network of healthcare providers, Inspira Health is seeking an experienced professional to join the team. The Administrative Director is responsible for supervision of all activities related to the operation of the Mobile Intensive Care Unit and Ground Transport (MICU/GT). Duties include staffing, planning, logistics, evaluation, budgeting and expansion of all services within the MICU/GT department. Our goal is to provide high-quality, safe, reliable emergency medical services, including prehospital ALS, prehospital BLS, critical care transport, EMS community outreach, education and training, community paramedicine, inter-facility transport, communication and medical/non-medical transportation services for the region.
EMT-Paramedic or RN with at least one year of critical care experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred
5-7 years of progressively responsible management experience within EMS or related field
Exceptional leadership abilities
ACLS, CPR and PALS (or PEPP) certification
Valid driver's license
